Enjoy an authentic Icelandic meal right here at Tavern Road! Icelandic chef Viktor Örn Andrésson, head chef at Blue Lagoon’s LAVA Restaurant, will collaborate with Chef Louis DiBiccari to offer diners a one-of-a-kind menu featuring fresh ingredients flown in from Iceland. Special Icelandic cocktails featuring Reyka Vodka and Brennivin will be created by bar manager Ryan McGrale to accompany the meal.
